Police Lines Stars School & College has a rich library containing about different books, Besides, syllabus boos it has a large collection of books on liberation wars, Science, Games & Sports, Religious books, Novels, General Knowledge, Fictions, Magazine, Journals, Daily Newspapers, History etc. to enrich the knowledge of young learners. The library principally serves both staff and students in this institution. Students and Teachers can borrow books from the library using library card.

Computer Lab:
Keeping in mind the vision 2021 declared by Bangladesh Government to build up a digital Bangladesh, Police Lines School & College, Rangpur is going to make PLSCR digital for thr students to gate the taste of digital world.
PLSCR comprises the largest Computer Lab situated at the forth floor of the newly constructed Six storied gorgeous building where students as well as teachers browse internet to get acquainted with the rest of the undiscovered world of knowledge. Students can peruse books through internet. The students also perform their practical classes.
The lab is the most enriched and gorgeously decorated consisting of more than 40 computers having latest technology. Computer Education is taught here through audio-visual method with the help of Multimedia.

PHYSICS LABORATORY:
Police Lines School & College, Rangpur has rich Physics Lab. This lab gives students an in-depth experience in experimental physics so that they can understand how laboratory measurements test concepts in physics. Support facilities make it possible to extend and modify the individual experiments. From literature references students are expected to design their experiments, assemble and perhaps partially construct the apparatus, and report on the results in the form of a technical paper.
CHEMISTRY LABORATORY:
Chemistry is one of the crucial subjects of PLSCR located in the hub of Rangpur, a newly formed division by the government of Bangladesh. Department of chemistry has been with the college since the very outset of the college in 1996. This department comprises 5 experienced teachers, 1(one) experienced demonstrator, 1(one) lab Assistant and a peon working here. Students have facility to have access to the laboratory for practical classes. Besides, the necessary ingredients for helping students in classroom activities are supplied from the lab.
Department of chemistry plays a vital role in supplying necessary research, information and theory to fill up the thirst for knowledge of the inquisitive students for Science club.

BIOLOGY LABORATORY:
Police lines school and college, standing proudly and brightly in a magnificent building just at the heart of the city of Rangpur, is an ideal educational institution. And in the 3rd floor of the newly constructed building of the institution the Biology laboratory is visible in a well disciplined and decorated manner.
In the present age ICT(Information of communication technology). You cannot believe without having a sharp look at all the elements and ingredients of modernity. A total of 40-50 students at a time sitting on their individual desks can apply their knowledge accrued from research.
The laboratory possesses white board where pictures are drown very adroitly to make students understand. In the laboratory there is a personal computer through which students are provided with hand notes for exercise.
There are sufficient numbers of microscopes through which students can individually observe with their own eyes their research based erudition. For the physiological experiments of students there are tub basins beside their respective seats where sitting, they can perform all of their activities. Besides these, there are a good many jars where a large collection of animals of rare species are noticeable.
Practical classes are held from the very first day of orientation of the college students and all the lessons are made understood in the classroom, and all the lessons are extracted through exams minutely.
Even the classes are over, special classes are wanted for the students who log behind and an all-out-effort is maintained for their academic amelioration.
To perform the practical classes thoroughly
We have s botanical garden. Where there are all plants beside a plethora of beauty enhancing types of trees and plants including the necessary elements for practical classes.
Besides the biology laboratory, there is a store room where all the necessary ingredients used for laboratory are well decorated.
There are four teachers for conducting practical classes. All the activities are minutely beginning held under the adroit supervision of the head of the department of biology Zinat Tasmin Ishak as well as with the touch of the hands of teacher Most. Shahana Akter, Most.Ferdous Ara & Most. Ferdousi Begum.
